Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
Delivery
Stock items are products available for immediate purchase on the website, and qualify for next day delivery when ordered before 3pm.
There is a minimum order value of £100 for free delivery, otherwise a £12 charge may apply.
We use APC Overnight as our main delivery partner or Panic when shipping pallets.
Returns
Stock items can be returned within 30 days. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Because bespoke products are manufactured to your exact specification, they cannot be returned.
Cancellations
No contract for goods ordered my be cancelled unless cancellation is received in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the buyer of the company sales order acknowledgement
